Largest Distribution Of Sunflowers At An Event
23 Jun 2024 was International Widows’ Day and Wicare Support Group took the opportunity to gather widows and their children for tea at InterContinental Singapore. Speaker for Parliament Seah Kian Peng distributed 158 stalks of sunflowers to the participants, with the sponsorship of Blissfulthots. The flowers symbolise hope and positivity. On 3 July 2024, the Yellow Ribbon Project and Weaving Happiness celebrated the completion of the largest patchwork blanket, measuring 20 x 24.6m at the Changi Prison Complex.
