Largest Human Pinball Game

Close to 600 people took part in Zespri‘s human pinball arena on 26 Sep 2018. The pinball set at *Scape, measuring 15.9m by 7.5m, took over 1,800 manhours to conceptualize, design and build. Participating teams, dressed in Zespri’s zany kiwifruit costumes fought to keep the balls in play for as long as possible. Largest Display Of Rubber Chickens

Kemono Chicken arrived in Singapore early this year and took pride in serving roasted chickens that are free from cages, antibiotics or kept frozen. From 24 to 30 Sep 2018, it displayed a huge tank of its iconic rubber chickens at 313 Somerset Mall and let the public guess the number of chickens in the tank. The Philharmonic Winds is a local wind orchestra formed in 2000. On 29 Sep 2018, the orchestra’s clarinetists played at the National Gallery Singapore that involved walking about the galleries in small groups and then converging in full to play at the atrium. Geylang Serai CC’s Mid-Autumn celebration featured one of the largest and brightest moon images ever seen. 12,000 tiny LED lights went into the making of a 2.4m-diameter moon that served as the backdrop for the emcee who was dressed as Chang Er. Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a 3-day community festival at Our Tampines Hub. On 8 Sep 2018, they had volunteers to keep the kentung and beduk drumming continuously for 2hr 50 min. 100 women from different racial backgrounds demonstrated 100 different ways that sarees may be worn. The event titled ‘Weaves & Drapes’ was organised by Singapore Telegu Samajam (Cultural Society) and HS Elites curated the selection for the record.
