To celebrate its 29th anniversary, Bukit Batok Secondary School organised a Sports and Fund Raising Carnival on 31 Jul 2015. 518 participants comprising students, teachers, parent volunteers and alumni took turns to skate on eight scooters around the school compound. In conjunction with the PAssionArts Festival 2015, the residents of Kolam Ayer Constituency presented Singapore’s first ever water art gallery. 24 artworks were painted by 500 Kolam Ayer residents over a series of workshops from May 2015. Organised by the Chua Chu Kang GRC MAEC and FLC, Muslims living in the area came to break fast together on 12 Jul 2015 at the Yew Tee hardcourt.
