Temasek Polytechnic’s School of Applied Science marked its 25th anniversary on 30 Jan 2026 with a 5.5m-by-2.0m cake. Made of low glycemic-index and sugar-free ingredients by its Culinary Academy, the cake was pre-cut into 468 pieces and arranged as a mosaic.
