For 3 days more than 350 residents, grassroots volunteers of Ang Mo Kio GRC and Sengkang West SMC and members of the PA Balloon Sculpting Interest Groups created thousands of balloon hats with a fish resemblance. On 31 Dec 2014 at the Countdown Party@ Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, 5,911 participants happily wore the hats. Their united effort broke the Guinness world record.
