Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre (SCCC) and 200 members of various communities set 2 records on 21 Dec 2025: ‘Most Varieties of Tangyuan Made at an Event’ and ‘Largest SG60 Logo Made from Bowls of Tangyuan’. 12 varieties of tangyuan were made by the chefs, with different fillings, for the guests. In addition, 168 bowls of tangyuan were arranged to form a 2.4m-diameter SG60 logo to mark our 60th year of independence.
