Lions Befrienders Service Association, a voluntary welfare organisation, marked its 30th anniversary with the Para Para dance record. 418 participants from Apple Singapore, Active Global Respite Care, Lions Befrienders Active Aging Centres as well as volunteers from the public joined the dance on 8 Jun 2025 at OCBC Arena. Ashrutha Yashvi, age 7 years 5 months, walked with her father for 13 km, from Changi Coast Walk to Rhu Cross on 31 May 2025. She was monitored by the Strava app to be moving throughout the 2hr-37min journey. Yashvi is a primary two girl studying at Lodestar Montessori Preschool.
