Last year, Theodore Asher Kwan, was awarded 5 records for his academic achievements, among them the youngest to attain an A-grade in IGCSE Chemistry (extended). A few months later he sat for the IGCSE Maths, Physics and Biology exams at the British Council. He achieved an A* for Maths (extended) at 7 years 3 months. He also became the youngest to score A-grades in Physics (extended) and Biology (extended) at 7 years 9 months. On 21 Aug 2026, SBOR also awarded him the record of being the youngest to attain 4 or more A & A* grades in IGCSE exams; hence he has bagged a total of 9 Singapore records. He is home-schooled and his parents are Kwan Jung Hong and Crystal Tang.
