Largest Word Formation Made Of Paper Roses
Student Councillors of Hong Kah Secondary School teamed up with Jurong Green CC YEC and Jurong Central Zone C RC to engage residents at the nearby Block 414 Plaza to make paper roses from old newspaper and magazines.
