Casa Raudha Women Home’s primary goal is to provide shelter, care and new beginnings for women who are victim of family violence and/or homeless. The collage, made of carpets donated by a mosque and measured at 7.5m by 6.8m, was handstitched by the beneficiaries of Casa Raudha. The patchwork symbolised the hardship these women are going through and their hope for a better future especially for their children. On 12 Mar 2016, the project was completed and the carpet was presented as a gift to Madrasah Muiin Al-Islam in Klang for the Rohingya children refugees.
