Hope For Animals organised a National-Day-themed festival at South Beach Avenue on 5-6 Aug 2023 with almost 60 stalls showcasing pet-related products and services. Children’s Cancer Foundation‘s Hair for Hope fund-raising programme completed its 20th year with 70,000 heads shaved over the period. Largest Singapore Map Made Of Coins
Students and staff of West Grove Primary School contributed their spare change to form the map of Singapore to mark the coming National Day. 6,230 coins were collected and were pasted on the map measuring 1.8m by 2.9m on 28 Jul 2023.
