From 3 Jun to the finals on 26 Nov 2023, 102 teams played 750 matches on weekends at the Sengkang Cricket Ground. Teams were divided into 6 groups and they competed round-robin style within their groups. Based on their league standings, the teams moved towards the finals by knockouts. The games were organised by Singapore Social Cricket League, a voluntary group reaching out to Indian migrant workers. It broke its own record with 94 teams held in the first half of the year.
