At Ministry of Manpower ACE Group‘s annual Deepavali celebrations for migrant workers, a new rangoli record was achieved. Largest Display Of Indian Art Made Of Hongbao
Most people have extra hongbao envelopes lying around the house. Vijaya Mohan contacted senior citizen centres, schools and Rotary Clubs to collect these envelopes and have them rolled up into paper coils.
