Golfer To Achieve The Most Holes-In-One

Mrs Christine Keung (Ho Van Yen) achieved 17 holes-in-one from 2002 to 2017. They were all achieved at Tanah Merah Country Club where she played about twice a week. The 20-handicapper was awarded $500 from the club every time the golf ball sunk straight into the cup. The odds of scoring a hole-in-one are 12,500:1. Borned in 1959, she started play golf at 35. She was the former executive director of Association of Small and Medium Enterprises and lectured at BCA Academy.

On 4 Jul 2009, together with her husband Dr John Keung, they achieved Singapore’s first double holes-in-one as a couple at hole no 11 (93m and 118m), Tampines Course, TMCC.
