MindChamps, an early childhood education provider, hosted a three-day family carnival at the Singapore Expo from 6 Oct 2017. Largest Display Of Lanterns Made Of Parking Coupons
Redhill Gardens Residents’ Committee members collected and made 298 lanterns out of used parking coupons, using 8 coupons per lantern. Redhill Mall was decorated with the lanterns as residents celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival and had a karaoke competition on 30 Sep 2017.
