Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organisation that provides employment services for disadvantaged people, especially those with disabilities. On 2 Mar 2015, it launched its new Day Activity Centre at its Chai Chee Lane premises. To celebrate the occasion, about 100 clients and volunteers made 505 bracelets in an hour by looming rubberbands together.

Largest Chinese Character Made Of Handmade Nylon Oranges

West Coast CCMC organised a Chinese New Year dinner for its residents at Ban Heng Pavilion Restaurant on 1 Mar 2015. At the event, each diner made two ‘oranges’ from plastic mesh bags which were later used to form the Chinese character ‘ji’ meaning ‘auspicious’. About 1,280 ‘oranges’  measuring 1.8m by 1.8m were stuck to a board.
