Students Care Service (SCS) held its first ever football marathon fundraiser, Go for GOAL!, on 6 Dec 2014 at ITE College East, co-organised with its staff and students. Sponsored by Mainly I Love Kids (MILK) fund, New Creation Church and Tote Board & Singapore Pools, the event drew a total of 91 players from donors and other community teams to play with the SCS team, comprising 39 youths, to set the record for the Longest 11-A-Side Football Match. Despite the rain in the late morning, the teams persevered on. A total match time of 6 hr 3 min was clocked at the end of the event.
