Kampong Chai Chee residents were collecting bottle caps for over a year and giving them to the CC. At the Deepavali celebration organised by the CC’s IAEC at Heartbeat@Bedok, a rangoli was made using these caps. The picture measuring 6.3m by 4.1m was completed on 9 Nov 2024.
