Ex-Commando Tan Chin Hock managed to raise his legs above his head 22 times in one min while hanging from a pull up bar. He demonstrated the feat at Punggol Place on 16 Oct 2023. Tan founded social enterprise Holdinghands Studio in 2021 to uplift under-resourced communities through photography. It provides free camera rental and training for domestic and migrant workers.
