R Subramaniam, 56, a competitive walking athlete, walked a distance of 103.6 km in 18 hours 47 minutes. He started on 1 Feb 2020 at Punggol Park, going to Changi, ECP, Keppel, Boon Lay, Bukit Timah and ended at Plaza Singapura on 2 Feb.
