Largest Logo Made Of Photos

NTU’s biggest public event of the year was the NTU Fest held at the Promontory@Marina Bay on 29 Aug 2015. Taking pride of place at the day-long carnival was the 8m-diameter NTU Fest logo formed by 10,000 photos. It took five months to collect the photos from university students and the community.

Largest Logo Made Of Lip Prints

The PA WIN Council members gathered on 16 Aug 2015 to learn and refresh their skills on CPR. And to further the ‘kiss of life’ message as well as to do something symbolic for SG50, a 3m diameter montage was created with more than 1,000 lip prints. Held at ITE College Central, the CPR session was followed by a mass zumba workout session.

East View Secondary School put up an appeal for used books and several thousands were donated by the students. Before sending them out to beneficiaries they decided to commemorate Singapore’s Jubilee by creating the SG50 logo with the books. The logo was measured at 10.6m in diameter on 26 Aug 2015.

Largest Warli Art Collage

Namadwaar is a Hindu society which promotes world peace and harmony. On 6 Sep 2015, its members gathered at Toa Payoh South Community Centre and created a large warli art collage measuring 9.7m by 6.7m. Warli art is an Indian tribal art usually depicting human figures in geometric patterns. The event marked the society’s third anniversary and Singapore’s golden jubilee.

Students of Pioneer Secondary School baked muffins for sale to contribute towards the schools run by the Movement For the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS).
