East View Secondary School put up an appeal for used books and several thousands were donated by the students. Largest Warli Art Collage
Namadwaar is a Hindu society which promotes world peace and harmony. On 6 Sep 2015, its members gathered at Toa Payoh South Community Centre and created a large warli art collage measuring 9.7m by 6.7m. Warli art is an Indian tribal art usually depicting human figures in geometric patterns. The event marked the society’s third anniversary and Singapore’s golden jubilee. Read More »

Students of Pioneer Secondary School baked muffins for sale to contribute towards the schools run by the Movement For the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS). Temasek Secondary School had its Sports and Fund Raising Carnival on 1 Aug 2015 with many fun activities for students and alumni. 4 teams of 10 participants took part in a frisbee throwing challenge. Viveganandam Deveraj became the winner of reality TV show, The Biggest Loser Asia Season 2, when he lost a total of 67kg in a span of 3 months.
