The morning of 13 Aug 2016 was a historical moment as Joseph Schooling swam to win Singapore’s first Olympic gold. At the same time, youths from Kg Chai Chee CC had just completed forming the Singapore flag using 16, 517 cans, measuring 12.8m x 8.9m.
