On 29 Sep 2018, the orchestra’s clarinetists played at the National Gallery Singapore that involved walking about the galleries in small groups and then converging in full to play at the atrium. Geylang Serai CC’s Mid-Autumn celebration featured one of the largest and brightest moon images ever seen. 12,000 tiny LED lights went into the making of a 2.4m-diameter moon that served as the backdrop for the emcee who was dressed as Chang Er.
