Largest Mass Spiral Run

Borneo Motors, authorised dealers of Toyota vehicles, organised Singapore’s first spiral run at its new Inchcape Centre on 11 Nov 2018. The event saw a total of 1,462 participants, most of them the company’s business associates and their customers’ families. Runners ran up the carpark’s spiral slope for 11 floors, a total distance of about 1.2 km.

Tallest Christmas Tree Made Of Teddy Bears

The Fullerton Hotel unveiled its teddy bear Christmas tree at its Christmas Light-Up on 23 Nov 2018. The 5m tall tree was made with over 450 Fullerton Bears. After the ceremony, Singapore’s first MasterChef Zander Ng, local actor Li Nanxing and Malaysian actress Deanna Yusoff cooked their specialty dishes for guests at the charity buffet dinner.

The 3rd Company Girls’ Brigade of Fairfield Methodist School (Sec) marked its 81st year by making a montage of thumbtacks depicting its logo and core values. On 16 Nov 2018, the girls completed the 3.6m by 3.6m artwork made of 144 pieces of foam boards. About 100,000 tacks were used.
