Theodore Asher Kwan was 6 years 10 months when he sat for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Chemistry (extended) first paper on 30 Apr 2025 at the British Council. The other two papers were taken in May and June. He passed with an A-grade. His parents are Kwan Jung Hong and Crystal Tang.
On 18 Aug 2025, together with the above records, he was also awarded the records of being the First And Youngest To Attain A Perfect Score in the Vanda National Junior Science Olympiad. He was 6 years 10 months when he competed in Grade 3 of the VNJSO 2025. He was also the Youngest To Attain Perfect Scores In Singapore Math Kangaroo Competition. He was 4 years 9 months and 5 years 9 months when he competed in Grades 1 and 2 respectively of the SMKC 2023 & 2024.
