For about two weeks, Fajar Secondary School collected donations from staff and students towards the financial needy students, with a preference for 20-cent coins. $10,000 were collected of which $3,119 were in 20-cents coins. Most Number Of Massages By The Visually Handicapped At One Location
On 10 Oct 2012, Standard Chartered Bank invited the entire team of 50 masseurs from the Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped to their office premises at the Marina Bay Financial Centre. As a way of supporting these masseurs, each bank staff paid $20 for a short neck and shoulder massage. At the end of the day, 400 massages were provided. Read More »

PAP Community Foundation and WINGS (a project group of the PAP Women MPs) organised a showcase of pre-schoolers’ storytelling skills at the National Library Plaza on 30 Sep 2012.
