Largest Mass Walk Wearing Superhero Masks
Stepping Out For Stroke was a walkathon and fundraising event organised by the Singapore National Stroke Association. It was supported by the Angels Initiative, a charity arm of Boehringer Ingelheim. The walkathon saw 192 people wearing superhero masks. Caregivers of stroke patients were honoured as superheroes. The event held at Bayfront Event Square on 29 Oct 2022 commemorated World Stroke Day. In celebration of the Baogong culture and heritage, Tien Sen Tua Temple invited mediums (tangki) to come together to undertake 3 ceremonial tests in trance. 101 mediums participated in the temple on 23 Oct 2022.
