Shaabaz Kitchen organises Singapore’s Only Biryani Festival. On 26 July 2025, at Singapore Expo, the catering company arranged for 60 people to eat the largest amount of biryani to celebrate SG60. After half an hour, 52 kg of the dish sponsored by stallholders at the festival, was depleted. The festival featured Singapore’s widest variety of biryani sold at a single place.
