The school got its name from Rosyth Road where it started in 1956. To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Rosyth School specially arranged for a company to cut wooden jigsaw puzzle pieces to form the word ‘RS60’. 2,625 pieces of the tiles were distributed to students and staff to write their wishes for the school. Most Number Of People Bouncing Beach Balls Together
On 9 Oct 2016, Tampines East CC IAEC celebrated Children’s Day with many fun-filled activities for families with young children. Besides art and traditional dress competitions for kids, there were also a showcase of different traditional Indian dance performances. ITE College West organised a sports carnival for its staff on 30 Sep 2016. To kickstart the carnival, 229 people took part in the beep test, most of them doing it for the first time.
