Longest Dragon Dance Made Of Drink Cans
Residents from Bukit Panjang Town created a 38m dragon made out of drink cans. They tied 5,400 Pokka drink cans to form the body of the dragon and on 18 Feb 2012, they even performed a 5-min dragon dance with it. Largest Rangoli Made Of Beads
Marsiling IAEC celebrated the Tamil Pongal Festival on 29 Jan 2012. Over 200 volunteers from Republic Polytechnic and 9 other schools in the district gathered at Si Ling Secondary School to make a rangoli using 3.5 tons of beads in 6 colours.
