NTU Wellbeing Office pushed for the university community to learn about Psychological First Aid (PFA) through an AI-powered training app developed with Sg Red Cross. The app equips users with practical skills to promptly offer support for those in distress before specialised help is available. For the 2-month period up to 22 Oct, 232 people had learnt about PFA through the app. The record was awarded on 23 Oct 2025.
