Longest Paper Chain

Temasek Secondary School students spent days to join up paper rings to form the longest paper chain. The chain measured 9.05 km at the school hall on 10 Aug 2011. Sections of the chain would subsequently be used for classroom decorations.

Full-time adventurer Khoo Swee Chiow completed a gruelling 94-day journey on skates. Khoo travelled a total of 6,088 km, making him the record holder for the world’s longest journey on skates. Khoo started his skating journey from Hanoi on 20 Oct 2007 and arrived at Shangri-La Singapore on 21 Jan 2008.
