Hwi Yoh CC IAEC organised a Deepavali dinner for residents at Rosyth School on 15 Nov 2025. As Deepavali is known as the festival of lights, they decided to create a display using 500 LED lamps that were activated by water. The lights formed the map of the Seletar-Serangoon constituency measuring 2.2m by 4.2m.
