Students and staff of Radin Mas Primary School collected 21,685 bottle caps to mark the 85th anniversary of the school. Thereafter Akira Takahashi, renowned artist of recycled materials, assembled and crafted them to form the map of Singapore, complete with some 3D local icons.

On 18 Nov 2011, the school’s 6th Singapore record, measuring 4m by 5m, was unveiled in the presence of some well-known old boys, among them were Othman Wok and Tan Cheng Bock.
