The Philharmonic Winds is a local wind orchestra formed in 2000. On 29 Sep 2018, the orchestra’s clarinetists played at the National Gallery Singapore that involved walking about the galleries in small groups and then converging in full to play at the atrium. In the finale, 80 players set the new Singapore record.
