Coreen Wong opened Singapore’s first bakery specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) breads at its Seng Poh Road outlet in Tiong Bahru. Dough & Grains features Asian flavours in confectionery such as an ginseng wolfberry cupcake, Chinese yam tarts, pine nut banana cake and pumpkin egg tarts. The Mediacorp Radio 95.8FM team was there at its opening on 29 Sep 2012 to help sell the bread as well as making a presence ‘on air’, with the proceeds donated to charity.
