Largest Pumpkin Carving
Displayed at the Sentosa Flowers Festival held at Palawan beach, were some gigantic pumpkins specially grown and imported from the States. On 16 Feb 2013, renowned sculptor Tan Joo Heng demonstrated pumpkin carvings with them. The largest of the lot, measuring 0.65m in diameter and 2m in circumference, was named ‘Burst With Laughter’. Longest Sculpture Made Of Cultured Milk Bottles
For many years, Redhill Gardens Residents’ Committee has been organising an annual Lunar New Year dinner at Redhill Square. This year the organisers collected 1,199 Yakult bottles to make into a long snake which was also used as part of the dinner stage decoration on 16 Feb 2013.
