
For the launch of its Future Office at its Raffles City building as well as its 52nd anniversary on 3 Aug 2013, the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) engaged Chef Janice Wong and her team from 2am:lab to create a chocolate sculpture. Using chocolate tubes they formed the 60 cm by 79 cm-high Chinese word ‘ju’ (gather) to emphasise Singapore strategic location for funds and talents to be gathered here. Janice Wong was recently named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef at the inaugural Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards.
