The Singapore National Co-operative Federation organised an event to mark the UN International Year of Co-operatives for its cooperative members at Marina Barrage. At the event on 9 Jun 2012, National Library Board arranged for 2,750 fathers and children to read together Dr Seuss’ classic ‘Horton hatches the egg’.
