10,032 coasters were neatly displayed at Gardens by the Bay on 25 Jul 2015. The 41m by 2m display was put up by University-YMCA Singapore, a club run by YMCA of Singapore whose members are SMU, NUS and NTU undergrads. To celebrate its 10th anniversary, the members got the public to write on the coasters, the reasons that people should be thankful for. The event coincided with YMCA’s annual picnic for voluntary welfare organisations, Proms@The Park.
