Keat Hong CC collected used drink cans and volunteers washed and cut them into various shapes that were symbolic of Christmas. At several residents’ events, they helped to make rows of indentations on the aluminium pieces. On 2 Dec 2017, 2,018 pieces of the ornaments were counted and hung on the 2.8m-high Christmas tree at the CC atrium.
