Students of Outram Secondary School folded origami lilies to honour their teachers. On 31 Aug 2012, 3,600 lilies were displayed on the floor of the sports hall measuring 9m by 5.3m, with the words ‘OSS Spirit – 2012 Happy Teachers’ Day’. The display also included wrapped bouquets of 10 long stem lilies each, which were later presented to the 90 teachers in the school.
