Lawrence Loh was the only Asian to have completed the 7,400-km NorthCape-Tarifa Self-Supported Bicycle Adventure from 20 Jun to 29 Sep 2022, cycling across 15 countries over 100 days. Northcape is the northernmost point of Europe while Tarifa is the southernmost. The ride on a 25-kg bike involved an 80,000-m elevation climb, which added to the challenge. Loh is an avid ultra-marathon cyclist.
