Initiated by North East CDC, Shaping Hearts is an art platform specially for people with disabilities. Led by Tell Your Children artists, Shaping Hearts beneficiaries described the Punggol story with a 132m long mural in Punggol Digital District (Tower 84). It was painted over just six weeks involving 107 people across various agencies and officially opened on 16 Nov 2025. The Design Factory @ SIT helped with connecting viewers to interact with the mural by scanning the QR codes on site.
