Singapore Heart Foundation’s ‘HELP’ campaign aims to help women spot heart attack symptoms and seek medical advice quickly. As women’s symptoms are usually less intense, they are often dismissed, resulting in delayed treatment. Held at ITE College West on 7 May 2026, the students and SHF volunteers had earlier stitched red ribbons on 1,200 rubber hearts and poured them into displays spelling out what ‘HELP’ means.
