Geylang Serai CC held a carnival near to the Paya Lebar MRT station to reach out to the community using arts-related activities. In one of these activities on 30 Aug 2015, participants got to write or draw on small pieces of paper which were then pressed into badges. The badges were then placed on a board depicting the map of Singapore, measuring 1.5m by 2m.
