Sunflower Preschool @ Punggol Field Walk had an interesting way to raise funds for the President’s Challenge. A mini carnival was held outside the preschool on 15 Jun 2017. The highlight was the making of mango ice-cream using liquid nitrogen. The parent volunteers took care of mixing the −210 degree C gas with milk and the children scooped them into bowls and added nuts. 250 servings were dispensed to coupon holders in one hour.
