The unsheltered top floor of the carpark at Block 7B Commonwealth Avenue was usually unused. So the Buona Vista Zone C Residents’ Network decided to convert it into a community garden with painted floors and walkways. Led by Jolyn Kang with over 60 community volunteers, the 2-month project culminated in a creative display incorporating the gardens and measuring 74.7m by 27.8m. It opened on 6 May 2023.
