Bishan CC IAEC and Bishan SKY RN celebrated the Tamil Pongal festival at the CC on16 Feb 2025. The centrepiece of the celebration was the sugarcane rangoli that measured 8m by 9m. 200 sugarcanes were cut to make the artwork, led by Vijaya Mohan with the help of Bishan and Sin Ming residents.
